  2. Pour the milk, butter, sugar in a large bowl and mix with a fork.
  3. Pour the dry yeast and leave for 1 minute.
  4. Mix with a fork and add the flour, salt and baking powder where we continue to mix with a wooden spatula.
  5. Make the dough into a ball, wrap it with a towel and let it rise for about half an hour.
  6. Once the dough is doubled then flour a clean surface and open the dough with the rolling pin in a rectangular shape.

To make overnight cinnamon rolls: After placing rolls into the greased pan (after the first rise), simply cover, place overnight in the fridge and then bake them in the morning as directed.
