The ingredients needed to make Pad Thai:
- Prepare 125 gr Rice Noodle
- Make ready 150 gr Prawns
- Prepare 2 eggs

- Take 1,5 tbsp palm sugar
Pad Thai is Thai stir-fried noodles with rice stick noodles, shrimp, chicken, fried tofu, eggs and Pad Thai sauce. The noodles are topped with crushed peanuts and served with fresh chives, lime wedges, with condiments such as sugar, fish sauce and chili powder on the side. - Rice noodles: Boil water, put rice noodle and cook for about 3-5 minutes. (Depends on how thick and hard the noodles are). Set aside.
- In a pan, heat cooking oil then cook prawns until cooked. Then removed it. In the same pan, add chopped shallots, garlic, dried ebi and tofu (if it’s dry, please add a bit water). Cook until it changed color, then add rice noodles and sauce. Put on high heat. Mix everything
- Then, make a little space around the pan, add a bit oil then break the eggs. Cook it for about 40 seconds.
- Finally, serve it with bean sprouts, garlic chive and chili flakes. You can also add lime to get freshen taste.
