Stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa until blended. Fold in chicken and shredded cheese.

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic to oil. Heat until softened and oil is infused with flavor.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Turn oven off. Remove pan from oven, sprinkle with cheese, return to oven until cheese is fully melted.
- Separate individual enchiladas and serve. They can be served alone or with sides. A bed of lettuce, corn chips, beans, rice, vegetables, or whatever you would like.
Stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa until blended. Fold in chicken and shredded cheese. Spread a small amount of white cheese sauce onto the bottom of the baking dish. Evenly divide the filling among the tortillas, and roll into firm cylinders. Roll up in tortillas and place in pan.
