- Wash and drain chicken.and then nicely coat it with ginger garlic paste, crushed green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt and set aside for half n hour.
- Now heat a pan add oil and ghee.
- Add all whole spices and fry them for 1 min then add chicken to it.
- Keep stirring and cook for 5-10 min on medium flame.
- Now in a mixi jar add curd,fried onions,almonds,chachew and make a fine paste.
- Now add the above paste to chicken and cook for 5mints.
- Now add your garam masala, coriander powder and cumin powder and give it a good mix.
- Increase the flame and keep stirring the korma. here add one cup of water to it and keep stirring.
- Once u get the boil in it, lower the flame,cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 mints.
- Now time to check if our chicken is cooked. here u can also check salt.
- And switch off the falme. u can garnish your dish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapati, paratha or rice. enjoy.
