  3. Use a hand mixer to beat sour cream and condensed milk together then add sugar and beat again in medium speed
  4. In a separate bowl beat the whipping cream until it double in size and become stable
  5. Put in a glass 6 tbsp cold water and the 2 sachets of gelatine let it bloom then microwave for 30 seconds and let it cold
  6. Combine together the sour cream and whipping cream then add the melted gelatine and chill for 6hrs
  7. After 6hrs the fillings is already firm start to make the toppings, - Mix powdered gelatine and cold water let it bloom then microwave for 30 seconds let it cold then add in blueberry jam
  8. Mix together and pour on top of the fillings and chill again overnight
  9. You can beat 1 cup whipping cream and 1/4 cup granulated sugar to make some decoration but this is optional you can leave the cake as it is
