  1. Soak rice, urad dal, Fenugreek seeds for 5/6 hours. soak flattened rice for five minutes.blend dosa batter by adding flattened rice and salt. ferment overnight.
  2. Boil potatoes,peel and chop.heat Pan add 1 tbspoon oil,add mustard seeds 2/3 green chillies, potatoes,salt, turmeric powder,chopped coriander leaves.cook for five minutes.keep aside.
  3. Blend coconut, roasted chana dal, coariander leaves,mint leaves, green chillies,salt,suga, lemon juice.add little water blend. chutney is ready.
  4. Now heat dosa pan,put little oil put a ladal of batter and spread.cook well.serve hot with potato sabzi and chutney.enjoy healthy recipe
