In a kadai - heat oil add mustard seeds let it splutter,then add curry leaves and green chillies saute for a minute. Then add garlic and onion,saute till slightly golden then add cooked fish.   1. Wash and boil shark pieces with salt and turmaric for 10 min
  2. Once cool, remove skin, (it will come easily) and crumble the pieces
  3. Keep a pan, add oil, add onion, green chilli and curry leaves, cook until onion changes colour
  4. Now add crushed ginger, garlic, cumin, fennel, and stir until get good arouma
  5. Add crumbled fish, keep stir, if need add salt, cover and cook in low flame for 15min
  6. Now add grated coconut, stir fry in high flame for another 5 min
  7. Remove the pan, add 1tbs lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot

Shark Scramble is a delicious shredded fish stir fry which resembles and tastes like scrambled egg. We use baby shark (paal sura in Tamil) to make this recipe.
