- Mix all the ingredients for the dough and leave aside for half an hour

- Divide the dough into tennis ball sizes. Roll out into chapati thickness and cut into half
- Stick together the 2 corners and the flat side of the dough forming a cone shape. Fill with the stuffing and close. Repeat with all
- Heat the oil in the fry pan to med-high then add samosas. Then bring down to med-low and fry 5-6 mins. Then bring back to med-high and fry till golden brown for about 3-4mins
