Instructions to make Mickey Mouse Egg:
- Bisect egg vertically. Mark with marker.

- Remove the egg and separate the yolk and white
- Cut a wider opening in the shell near the marked line and pour the egg white back in slowly
- Line a towel under the lid of your steamer so that the moisture doesn't get into the gg white. Steam the egg for 13 mins.
- Use your cutter and cut out the mickey face.
- Beat up the yolk and use a 1/4 teaspoon to put some yolk into the hole. Need to be really careful since it's so small. If there are bubbles, pop them with a toothpick.
- Wrap the ramekin with some plastic wrap and re-steam the egg for another 3 mins.
