  1. Soak sago overnight.boil potatoes, keep aside.

  3. Blend 5/6 green chillies, cumin seeds,ginger.
  4. Add this mixture to sago.add cooked sama rice.mix everything very well.make medium sized Vada.
  5. Deep fry till golden brown.in mixer add peanuts,cumin seeds,salt, green chillies,curd,sugar.blend your spicy chutney is ready
  6. Sama rice should be at room temperature, don't add hot one as it soaked oil. serve hot with chutney and cucumber salad.
